The Sanibel Island Golf Course is located just a short walk from Sanibel Siesta on the Beach. This scenic course offers 18 holes of championship golfing along the beautiful Sanibel River. As a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, The Sanibel Island Golf Club lets you enjoy the natural beauty of Sanibel while still challenging yourself on a Par 70 course. This club is also home to state-of-the-art tennis courts and a clubhouse.

Sanibel Island is a world-famous destination known for its miles of beaches and diversity of seashells. This unique ecosystem is home to the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, which is located only  a few miles from Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, features a wealth of activities including an education center, wildlife drive open to cars, bikers and hikers, as well as ecotours led by the Tarpon Bay Explorers.
